With more and more security professionals dealing with a wider international clients and customers,
it is only natural for the security professionals to know how to interact with international clients and
visitors. With out this basic skill, what you have is a liability. i.e the "bouncer".
As you will notice, Haganah Security International is not like any other security company; We provide a

Appearance
The appearance of a security professionals is extremely important. They are not only representing
themselves, but also the Security Company and the client. All full time security professionals are
issued uniforms and a jacket. No uniform is ever worn two consecutive days or more than twice
before it is cleaned. Any uniform that does not look new is immediately replaced.
Personal grooming is just as important as a professional looking uniform. Haganah Security
International has strict grooming requirements that must be followed at all times. The Field
Supervisors and operations staff continually monitors these requirements. The specific
requirements are:
A security officer must look like a professional to be treated like one. It is with great confidence that
you will be as pleased with the appearance of our officers as you will be with our superior level of
service.
Hiring Practices
A professional interviewer carefully prescreens all potential security professionals. If they meet the
basic job requirements, which include having a permanent security registration card, an extensive
background check is then completed. This check includes contacting the past three employers, two
personal references and an updated criminal background investigation.
Once the background check is completed, all applicants are tested in their knowledge of the security
field and are evaluated psychologically. This evaluates applicants in seven essential areas:
The cost of even one hiring mistake can be tremendous and the use of these screening tools helps
eliminate that possibility.
We can also employ any personnel at your request, as long as they pass all training and basic
requirements.

Haganah Security International believes in an educated security professional, That is why the security
professionals at HSI must maintain a training update at minimum of 2 times a month. Here is a
basic list of training that the Security professional must under go.
After the completion of the courses each HSI security professional must pass an exam regarding the
topic they studied. All full time employees must re certify yearly.

- Female employees - Hair style, make-up, and jewelry must be worn in a neat and tasteful
manner. Extremes of any kind will not be permitted.
- Male employees – Hair must be neat and well trimmed on the sides and in the back, and
must be of a natural color. Mustaches must be neatly groomed. Employees must be properly-
shaven during working hours.

- Emotional Stability
- Safety Consciousness

- Amanuut Krav Maga (2-4 hours monthly)
