Employment with Haganah Security International
To qualify for employment with HSI in Finland, job seeker must meet the following minimum
requirements:
9 month TAKK (Tampere Adult training center) Finnish government approved security
training or similar training centers.
Police schooling, or ex police officers, ex military officers, Boarder police-agents, Customs
agents.
If however the employment seeker has their "order guard" license, which is a 24 hour
training license, and possesses additional training certificates pertaining to this field,such as
HSI will look at it and may consider it depending of the work experience of the applicant.
But this is only in special circumstances.
HSI does background checks on all future employees. Applicants must not have had drug
abuse or alcohol related offenses, nor any driving related offenses in the past 7 years.

- Chemical defense
- Baton use
HSI will look at it and may consider it depending of the work experience of the applicant.
