Over the past years, Haganah Security International has been the lead Security consultant and educator in numerous high
profile companies. Given the sensitive nature of our work, and HSI’s rigid adherence to a policy of client confidentiality, we
cannot provide detailed information regarding our consultancies. The following case studies, however, should provide an
overview of our experience as well as our agents.
Over the past years, Haganah Security International has been the lead Security consultant and educator in numerous high
profile companies. Given the sensitive nature of our work, and HSI’s rigid adherence to a policy of client confidentiality, we
cannot provide detailed information regarding our consultancies. The following case studies, however, should provide an
overview of our experience as well as our agents.
- A high profile Jet Airline company saw the need to educate and equip their pilots and stewardesses in current
global terrorism and crimes. The flight crew as well as the corporate management partook in an intensive training
and education program. After the intense program the Flight Company saw the need to implement security policies
for their employees for over seas travel and business. HSI assisted the company in establishing an easy to follow
and effective guideline in dealing with terrorism and crime while on company business in global locations. The
local civil aviation authority also attended and grew with the knowledge that was provided and taught in the
program.
- A major real-estate corporation was confronted by the problems plaguing the employees of the firm. Employee
moral was low, crime against the firms agents was on the rise and fear of meeting clients on the job was
hindering relations. HSI guided this firm in setting up security policies for their agents in security related issues
that were plaguing the firm. Crime against the firms agents was reduced greatly due to the enforcement of these
policies by management and agents.
- As the education level of major security firms stay stagnant in today’s problematic world: A security firm that saw
the need to educate its staff acted quickly. HSI Agents assisted the security firm in developing an educational
program that meets the standards of today’s international problems. In cooperation with the security company, we
put together a security policy for the company in handling internal issues as well as client security related issues.
The cooperation between our agents and the security firm produces a higher educated and trained staff who
implemented the training into their everyday work. By doing this they were better equipped to deal with the
challenges and threats that the security firms’ clients were concerned with.
- International borders are being opened in many western countries and local law enforcement needs to hear about
dealing with international visitors and immigrants. HSI consultants conducted talks and seminars to the police
educational institution that certifies new officers of the country's' police force. The consultants trained and educated
the cadets in dealing with gangs from the international arena as well as implemented new training techniques that
focused on the police officers safety and survival. The police educational departments training management staff
saw what needed to be incorporated into their already existing program, therefore improving the overall program
they were using.
