Baton ( Amanuut Krav Maga )

Shamuel B. Kohen has been teaching baton (Escrima) for over 18 years. In these baton
courses you will learn the use of force with batons as well as reality use of a baton. Also
included in this course is the use of the Maglight as a defensive tool in replacement of the
traditional baton.
The basic seminar course is 6 hours, in which the student learns:
- Realistic striking techniques use in the field. 2 hours
- Defense against a baton if you are empty handed. 2 hours
- Baton against baton. 2 hours
The techniques that the students learn are non theoretical, they are based on facts and tested
techniques in the streets.
Shamuel B.Kohen has been in the security field for over 19 years and he has seen baton
techniques fail due to improper techniques and instruction.
In many of the situations the security as well as police used their baton techniques
ineffectively, causing more problems.
