Bomb threat awareness course Tampere
BOMB THREATS

A topic that is becoming increasingly important and can not be over looked by responsible management.

Are you in a position of hotel and restaurant management? Are you an event coordinator or management
that oversees the function of a public gathering?

If you answered yes, then it is your responsibility and duty to make sure that this very important topic has
been taught to your security staff as well as the employees. You have the moral obligation to educate your
staff. Failing to do this will open you to law suits as well as loss of business due to the fact that you are
neglecting your responsibility as a facility manager.

All companies and organizations, e.g. hotels, restaurants or events, could face the possibility of being the
target of a bomb threat. A disgruntled employee, a dissatisfied or frustrated customer, the rising trend of
individual radical activist groups that have taken notice to the way a company conducts its business are all
potential sources of a bomb threat. This is an issue that is becoming increasingly important around
civilized countries, especially given the number of readily available websites that publish information on
bomb making and other subversive tactics.
